We got a free upgrade which was awesome right off the bat. Service was awesome, very very kind people. Unfortunately, our bed had a case of bed bugs. We woke up withs several bites the last night of our stay. This was very unfortunate because other than that, this hotel was awesome and a 10/10. The breakfast was really good and had gluten free options!

We had a great stay for 2 nights. Check-in by a very nice receptionist. Room was big and clean, bed was very comfortable. If you like walking the location was good in all directions of sights, and night time was not loud so safe area and quiet.

Beautiful room with lovely high ceilings. High end finish. Great shower with luxury products. Really friendly staff and a wide selection of breakfast on offer. Really convenient location. Cannot fault it

Great little hotel. Great location for walking to most things if you like to walk. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular but good enough.

This hotel is conveniently located a block away from a busy tram stop. It is also very walkable to the old part of Prague. It was nice having a good breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable but the only downside is the odd shower/tub. The tub is very high up (so it's a bit precarious) and does not have a full shower door (so water goes all over the place).

Great location, service, breakfast, surroundings. Our one complaint is when our son joined us at the last minute and we added him to the room reservation, the extra rollout bed was very expensive (not allowed to write price), and he is tall, so the bed was not at all comfortable. The regular bed was very comfortable. Make sure you book accordingly, and don't add a bed, unless it's for a small child.

They were accommodating and let us check in a bit early. The room was generously appointed, with a fridge, coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers, even a little blanket to hang out on the couch. I really appreciated how whoever designed the rooms, worked in harmony with the historical architecture and added a contemporary, playful but warm feeling with color, texture, and music references. The staff were so helpful even on our check out day, helping us figure out how to use public transportation. The breakfast was hearty and lovingly laid out, with hot and cold options. We were truly rejuvenated by our stay here, the attention to detail was evident. Thank you!

It was really hot when we were in Prague (85 F) and we appreciated the air conditioning. The hotel is not a good choice for anyone who cannot handle stairs. Even though there is an elevator, you will still have a flight of stairs between the elevator and your room.
