Booked a King Room, no availability on arrival. Had to wake up desk clerk to check out. Refused to honor the rate booked through Hotels.com. Location was ok. Parking next door was convenient. I WILL NEVER recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was great! The bed was very comfy and room was decently clean! Have the outlets in our room didn’t work unfortunately but a few worked so we could charge our phones!

Avoid!! Woke up at 1:30 in the morning to bed bugs. Packed up, went to the front desk. They gave us another room and said we could get a refund, but would need to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com called the hotel and they wanted to give us a 50% discount because we stayed the night. Where were we going to go at 1:30 in the morning?!!! Called the hotel and they were rude and hung up on me. Called the corporate office and filed a complaint. A week later still waiting on the refund. Tried to attach a picture of the bed bugs and it won't let me

The staff was very nice my friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain about was the food. I had some cereal and milk and even though the milk wasn't in the fridge, it still was a little warm. I'm not sure what that was about.

The comforter, sheets, and pillow cases were stand and looked dirty, and there was hair in sink in the bathroom and pink liquid on counter top. Nice place but my room wasn't clean to me and my friends.

The hotel overall looked nice but when I came in, there was no one up front. I probably waited 15-20 mins for someone to arrive at the front desk along with 2 orher people who came in after me. I checked in and there was an unknown stain on the carpet I tried to ignore. The bathroom was clean & the bed was comfortable but the issue was with the bed linen. I had to call room service SEVERAL TIMES regarding unknown stains on my bed sheets and hair in the bed that did not belong to me. I called to report the issues as well as request to have the sheets changed. After some time, a lady front housekeeping came to the door with new pull sheets but I needed new pull sheets as well as a new comforter. Believe it or not, the lady wouldn’t even come into the room and change them for me (as I thought that’s what housekeeping does)- she just handed them to me and walked off. I went back and made a call request for new comforter as I wanted to finally take a nap. I waited and waited- I waited so long I dozed off in the chair. I called back about 40 mins later and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. After some time I was brought another pulled sheet (not what I asked for) and I finally stripped my own bed and just cut the air down and slept using the 2 pulled sheets that was given. Below are just a few pictures of the sheets.

I loved that we could easily walk to restaurants, the children’s museum and brewery tours if I wanted to. We parked in the parking garage as that seemed like the safest option for that. We’d definitely stay here again.
