Mohamed greeted us at the front desk when we arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. He was so friendly and welcoming. We were too early to check in but he got us coffee and water and invited us to have breakfast if we wanted as it was being served (large buffet). We stored our luggage and planned our day while we ate and waited for our room.

Nice to have a modern room in Paris. Toilet room had broken soap and loose seat. 15 minute walk to Metro. Comfortable bed, nice shower

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. We covered Paris with easy train access right next. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient for tram + train + buses, just right next to the hotel. Our room is of high standard of 4 stars, high cleanliness. Apart of one kettle broken (which was replaced the next day), everything else in the room is in good condition.
One point which needs improvement is lighting. We were surprised how dark the room is after switching all lights on, needing to turn on TV to the main screen menu to give enough lighting.

Very good staff with excellent customer service. I wanted to leave my luggage as I was travelling to UK for one day and I got helped right away. Their breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel in Paris

We had to pack up and change rooms because the air conditioning did not work. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is quite far from all attractions though.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles palace (10 and 20 minutes by subway respectively with the subway station right across the road from the hotel). Also within walking distance of Saint Germaine island.
The bed was a little hard for my taste but I still slept well. The room was big and modern with bath and toilet in separate rooms.

The hotel is very clean and spacious for family The workers at the reception are very nice. The breakfast is okay but no omelet. I like the hotel especially the location but the hotel Air conditioner was not working so good.

The room was incredibly small and the mattresses incredibly firm. We asked for extra blankets and pillows, and we’re told that they did not have any. The staff were very friendly and very nice, but that doesn’t make up for the inadequacies of the room. The toilet in the shower areas were separate, which is fine, but the toilet area was about as big as an airplane restroom.
