Loved our stay

I never write reviews, but hope that others have the chance to enjoy the hospitality, delicious food at reasonable price, genuine service, responsive staff, and beautiful setting of the Albergo Lenno. Situated just across from the ferries to Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, etc., it's super convenient and also has easy underground parking that's free with room booked via property website (which we unfortunately didn't do, but will next time!) Lake Como is beautiful here and Lenno is a charming stopover. Hotel restaurant menu was very inventive and delicious for dinner, great wine list, great head waiter, expansive breakfast too. Can't comment on lunch or shopping but there's a market along the walkway that looked good. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lenno. It was one of the best hotel experiences. From the moment we walked in the door, my husband and I were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail that the staff took to make it a memorable stay. The staff at Hotel Lenno were simply outstanding. From the friendly receptionist who checked us in, to the attentive waiters in the restaurant, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. They were always on hand to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and make sure that we had everything we needed

Located right in front of the ferry stop makes it easy to manage luggage. Great range of buffet breakfast options. Shower over bath wasn't the best but we did enjoy a bath with the spa jets. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a bonus.

The property is so lovely and the staff are amazing!! The breakfast is delicious! You can walk to Villa Balbianello. The ferry is right outside the door, and Bellagio is a short ferry ride away. We loved the walking & beautiful views of the lake from the property and there were lovely walks just outside the door. We seriously didn’t want to leave!!! We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend staying here!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The ferry is just a few steps away. The hotel was very clean and close to several restaurants. The view was beautiful from the window in our room .

The hotel is located on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, & ferry terminal right out front. Our room with a view of pool & lake. Room is clean & spacious, excellent hot shower. Overlooking stunning lake from Restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff.

One night stay. Conveniently located a few steps away from Lenno ferry dock and walkable to Villa Balbienello. Very friendly and courteous staff at front desk and restaurant. Dinner was good presentation and quality. Garage for nominal fee or limited parking spot for free.

The Lake Como area is dreadfully overcrowded in summer but Lenno is not so bad. Very glad we stayed there but could still visit places like Bellagio and Como. The faux-surly waiter is very funny.

This was a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront and near the ferry. Perfect spot to look around Lenno or goto Bellagio. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was out of place and very well maintained. Dinner was amazing to top off a lovely stay. Thanks.

Nice property, clean and very well situated on the water by the ferry terminal in Lenno. Rooms spacious. Good breakfast and bar service. Dinner was okay, but somewhat pricey.

Fantastic service from all staff. Nice room with partial lake view - did not disappoint! Lots of breakfast choices. Dinner was amazing. The pool area could be busy late afternoons, but we still found a spot and the water was lovely.

All good except there was no wifi in the room. Restaurant meals were beautifully presented but very small portions and the most expensive in the town. Breakfast was adequate but unimaginative, the coffee was cold and the scrambled eggs burnt.
