This is a traditional Valdivian Hotel located between the bus station and the market. It has a good restaurant and decent breakfast.

This is a well maintained property. The elevators were good. The bathrooms were good. The outdoor areas had lovely roses and bougainvillea.

The room had a sour smell to it. Opening the windows helped but it came back after they were closed. Bed was a bit hard. But the hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, the river and the bus terminal.

Only hotel available in Valdivia the night of my stay, spacious rooms but very outdated. Not all rooms have elevator access (ours required 1 flight of stairs). Well located near restaurants and bars. Good service.
