The hole was very clean and hotel staff were friendly. However the bed was not comfortable!

We went up to NH for the night. The hotel was very clean - my wife is very particular about that and she was impressed. Room was great. Staff was super friendly.

Don’t go to this hotel if you are allergic to animals. This was the worst stay ever. Home2 doesn’t deserve to be under the Hilton brand, at least that one in North Conway.
We got there, the room wasn’t ready so we went back an hour later. We asked to put us in a room where there was no animals in the few days before, she smiled ignorantly stating she can’t accomodate us, she couldn’t say which rooms had pets in them, they don’t keep track, the hotel was full, and they couldn’t move us to another room if I had allergies. We asked if they had vegan options for breakfast, she didn’t know.
We got in the room, the bed wasn’t made, but it was not too bad, smelled clean, air quality felt good. We went out for dinner and 2h after we got back I started to sneeze…then saw long dog hair floating in the air…oh oh! I went through the tissue box in no time, had to go downstair to get another one. We shutdown the a/c unit and opened the windows, they stayed opened the entire stay.
The walls are really thin, we could hear the people next door.
The breakfast had nothing vegan so we went somewhere else and brought back some grocery for the other mornings.
The lady who checked us out didn’t even asked how we liked our stay.
Let me tell you, at $411CAD/night, we got screwed big time! They would pay me $400 to go back to that hotel and I wouldn’t!

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The room was great! It was roomy, very clean and had everything one needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first time at a Hilton Hotel, but it won’t be our last!!

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The room was great! It was roomy, very clean and had everything one needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first time at a Hilton Hotel, but it won’t be our last!!

We stayed in a studio suite- the room was huge, everything was very clean, comfortable, and pretty new. Breakfast was great, and there is an EV charger, but It’s a short walk to the Tesla Supercharger. Lots of food options nearby, even walkable.

Perfect stay for us. We traveled with friends and enjoyed extra space of the suite as we visited and shared wine and appetizer in our room. Very kind welcome staff and particularly appreciated complete morning breakfast.

We appreciated how big the room was, with a kitchenette and a private space w/sofa bed for my teen. Breakfast was also great - thanks!

The stay was excellent as usual. Only downside is we always get asked during check in if we are a Hilton member and we get a little goodie bag. That didn’t happen this time.

Nice clean modern property. The room was very large and had plenty of space to store clothes, gear, and food for a family of four - way beyond what you usually get in a double/double room. Loved having a full sized fridge and stove + dishwasher. The front desk staff was dealing with the "CyberSpark" incident and handled it all very well. It's not the best breakfast buffet we've seen at a hotel (the breakfast sandwiches were very dry and nearly inedible) but everyone still found plenty to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was new, clean, and service was great. We had an issue getting on the Wi-Fi but other than that it was perfect.

The hotel is newer. Charlotte at the front desk was friendly and engaging. Location was perfect, close enough drive to everywhere we wanted to go but far enough from the traffic. Breakfast was great with several options, oatmeal, waffles, omelettes, and breakfast sandwiches. 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby was nice! Pool is a descent size. Room was very clean. We did noticed what appeared to be blood spots on one of our pillows. The pillow case was clean though. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were so soft I had a hard time sleeping with them. This is a pet friendly hotel and they are mixed in with regular rooms. We could hear dogs barking throughout the day. We also had what I assume was a toddler running back and forth upstairs from us, early in the morning and late at night. We have kids so I know it’s not easy, but this was loud and a bit much. Overall it was a nice hotel and we would definitely stay again.
