The rooms were average, but you needed a manual to figure out how to turn the shower on and regulate the hot water. You need to provide a user manual - it took some time to figure out how to take a shower. Not good!

This is the best hotel in Baltimore hands down. To me its in the safest area and the staff are professional and so nice. The roof top pool and bar is a must. Blows the Pendry hotel out of the water.

Everything that you expect from the Four Seasons: elegant, stylish, modern, fresh and supremely comfortable. Unfussy but excellent service. This is my third city to stay at a Four Seasons. I will be back

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa was great even with the broken whirlpool. Would like it if the fridge wasn't so stocked that it can't be used. But everything else was top notch, including service.
