The location was perfect east facing, peaceful and away from the crowds. Although to get to Acura and instagramable sights was just a short walk away. We had our own jacuzzi to look out on to the ocean. Every detail was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re looking for some peace and beauty.

A very nice property with unobstructed view of the sea (not caldera). Angela, a service rep, was great helping with all our needs from transport requests to restaurants recommendations to just general suggestions

We had an amazing stay at Cresanto Suites! We loved the presidential suite we stayed in with our very own plunge pool! It was absolutely stunning! It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and from start to finish our stay was superb. The hotel/suites are well appointed, and the staff couldn’t do more for us. From reception, the porters, the grounds staff, the cleaners, and the service staff, they all worked tremendously hard from one day to the next and over what looked like very long hours. Despite that, they were all extremely attentive and happy to serve. The suites, each with their own private pool and sun space, are excellent. Clean. Spacious. And very comfortable indeed. Imerovigli is a short walk from the hotel, about 10 minutes or so, but up quite a steep hill as you might expect for the area. There are plenty of decent places to eat around, but you’ll pay for the view more than for the food. We found the food and drink at the hotel to be excellent, and very reasonably priced considering its luxury accommodation. Didn’t use the gym but it’s got most things you might need. The outdoor pool is great for relaxing in, and cooling down! If you want cliffside views of the sunset in the evening, this hotel won’t give you that. But we walked around a lot, and found those hotels to lack privacy. The constant passing by of people rather puts you on show in your own accommodation in those hotels. For us, it felt zoo like. These suites are much more private, and close enough by to see the sunset etc. when having a drink or dinner.
All in all, we’ll definitely visit again and we’d recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Santorini.

Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax after exploring the island, Oia is way too crowded, would return in a heartbeat.

This resort and staff is by far one of the best in Santorini. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need or want for a fun and relaxing vacation. We will be going back again and again every year.

Peaceful, clean, friendly staff, overall the hotel was great however I would not stay there again due to a few reasons. The hotel is on a main road leading into town or to the bus stop which is very busy and has no sidewalk making it very unsafe to walk anywhere. The cooked breakfast buffet was cold on both occasions I tried it. The main pool is not heated. Some of the cupboards and finishings were broken or faulty

This property is beautiful. The staff were amazing from the moment we stepped out from the cab. Very welcoming and accommodated us in all our adventures we wanted to do which included ATVing around the island, massages, and a catamaran sunset excursion. If we ever get back to Santorini, we will definitely stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites again.

We stayed for two days. We could see a beautiful sunset in the evening of the second day. Even without visiting Oia area, we had a wonderful sunset experience. We asked the hotel to take us to the airport. we think it's kind and reasonable.

While not on the caldera side, you have the benefits of beautiful sunrises, a cliff pool for the campus and well-sized heated private pools. We stayed in the presidential suite. Which had plenty of room for just the 2 of us, including his and her sinks and toilets. The staff was the highlight of the stay. Everyone was extremely accommodating including the reception, ground staff, and the servers during breakfast. Breakfast was also a highlight with a spread of Grecian favs and traditional foods and pastries in addition to fruit and some made to order American favs (like an omelet). The whole campus was perfectly modern, clean and met all of our aesthetic and functional expectations. Thanks to the staff for suggestions on travel, cuisine and fun!!!!

The staff was great and the hotel so pretty. My only complaint is that my niece ended up joining us for the trip last minute and they said they would bring in another bed but all they did was put a sheet on the couch and they charged us $360 extra for 2 nights. There was no bed ever brought in.
