Beautiful property, but the air conditioner did not work sufficiently during the unusually high temperatures for Puebla. We were hot the whole time we stayed.

Wonderful stay. The room was fairly small, but the service and staff attention is superb. We chose the location because of the proximity to the Angepolis mall (walking distance), and also discovered a great walking and running trail urban park system right there as well.
For the management: please give Miguel on the 11th floor (canapés hour) a bonus. His attention, and ability to read your mind even before you need a refill of snack, wine etc. was more than impressive. Overall a great stay over our Christmas break
