Since I added an additional day from the 19th to the 20th, they wanted to take $300 and put it on hold. That was a bit much for a one-day stay deposit.
The room was next to a maidservant closet. There was no coffee maker, sugar, or coffee creamer in the room.
After I inquired about it, they sent someone to put one in and brought two pods of coffee, but no sugar or creamer.
The next day, before I attempted to use it, I went to the front desk to get some sugar and creamer.
I was given some plastic-wrapped packages and was told this was the sugar and creamer.
I went back to my room open the plactic wrapper, and there was no sugar and creamer but only sugar substitute.
When I prepared the coffee maker to brew, it did not work either.

The only negative was that the 38 line of rooms has the headboards up against the wall shared with the elevator shaft if you are a sensitive sleeper you'll hear the elevators going up and down all night. Otherwise, it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. There could have been a better use of space in the bathroom for hanging towels and I wish there was more countertop.

Miami Beach is within walking distance, and the breakfast was excellent. They even offer a wine hour and beach chair rental coupons. The room is clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a beach getaway.

Nice hotel, renovated, large room and bathroom. The service was great. They left us a beautiful hand written note for our wedding anniversary in the room. Complimentary wine at the pool from 5pm to 6 pm was appreciated, as was the welcome drink. Great location and delicious breakfast served at Cafe Americano on Collins. Overall a very good hotel, we would stay again.

One negative was the noise through the door of the adjoining room. Small girl was very loud and somehow up until midnight apparently as their main source of entertainment each night, and they were up and loudly exiting each day at 5:30am .
Point being, get thicker doors of adjoining rooms.

Service was excellent. Front desk was very helpful, allowed us a late checkout, and then we used the beautiful pool until it was time to go to the airport. Only thing we wished we had was a microwave in the room. But overall a great hotel and location!

The location is great as it is near many bus routes for public transit to access surrounding areas. We were told the umbrellas and chairs at the beach were included in our stay but when we got there the umbrella was $22.
