The bed wasn’t clean but everything else was perfect

I came for training. It was a good room for the price. Very clean. Guests could be noisy. But I'd stay there again. Breakfast is really good.

I thought most Tru Hotels were fairly new, so we opted to try it. It seemed to be new but already very dirty. Baseboards are tile and appear to have never been dusted or wiped. Food on ceiling on 2 level by elevator. Walls in our room had liquid drip marks in multiple places that could easily be wiped to remove. Same goes for bathroom walls. Bathroom tile baseboards were especially dirty and corners in bathroom had accumulated hair. When we arrived @10 pm there were groups of students studying in the lobby. The pool area was also full of college students. The noise from upper level rooms continued all night. At breakfast there was not a clean table to sit at even tho there were at least 8 employees sitting around. It’s terrible to see a new hotel not being cleaned and taken care of.

ADA Complaint ’m hearing impaired and requested a hearing impaired room with contact device outside of door. My check in was 3:00pm July 20,2024 My checkout was 12:00 pm July 21;2024 The room cleaner entered the room at 9:36am !!!!! Despite I had do not disturb ticket on the door I was in the bed with nothing on . No covers I would like to be compensated for these actions !!! The staff was indecent in there actions They didn’t use the contact device If check out is 12pm why are they entering or cleaning rooms at 9:36 am . The staff is not aware of who did early check out. ?

I enjoyed my stay. It was very comfy. The room was clean however, the only thing I saw that need to be tidied up was where the mattress sits on top of the wooden board. It had dusty particles which need to be wiped around the border where the mattress sits. Other than that, all was good.

Additionally, the lack of a refund when I had to check out early was unacceptable. I also found the hotel's pool unsatisfactory due to its dirty, green water. My experience with Hilton and Expedia has been disappointing, and I will not be booking with them again.

The room stayed HOT even with A/C on the whole time. Window blinds don’t work, no maid service, beds not comfortable at all.
