Excellent location for where we were staying! It is hard to find at first and the basement unit needs to fix their blackout shades and the bathroom door made a lot of noise and hard to open as well as had to shower in the dark since the motion sensor stopped while showering.

The location was nearby all stores and restaurants, and the appartement was clean and had all the required amenities. The only thing was the balcony view looked out onto green bins/garbage bin but that was minor since again we were so close to the Main Street. Would highly recommend people staying there and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They responded in a timely and polite manner via email. Would love to go back!

Pros: Property was right in down town so it was easy to get arround. Property access was easy with entrance code. Parking house was just beside Property, just it was less room for parking.
Cons: Pictures of apprtarment did not match to actual room items, room lights were so dim, wash room light was turning of very quickly. Bed was not very comfortable, floor carpet and sofa were dirty. Less hangers for two people.

The property is central, clean and comfortable, however, there is no luggage storage and check inis very rigid, the access code does not activate until 3pm exactly even thought the property was cleaned and ready ( we tried at 2.45pm). I had to repair the bathroom sensor light and the sound on the TV needed configuring as the sound bar was not working and despite all this when I asked for a 1 hr later check out we were told 30 euro for an extra 2 hrs.

We stayed at the Ice Apartments in Reykjavík in late August. It is centrally located in the city center, there is ample street parking, and the apartment itself was very clean. The staff at the Ice Apartments were also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend the Ice Apartments.

These apartments were nice inside and clean. However, there was a noise coming from the heating unit through the day and night that made it hard to sleep. Also, it is back in an alley and there is a fair amount of trash and other items strewn amount so it wasnt a very welcoming place from the outside. No elevators were difficult for the older folks in our group. The location and cleanliness were the main redeeming qualities.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Contactless checkin/out. Helpful phone support as we got stuck with the laundry machine which is a mystery, especially if you are used to the big/fast ones in the US. Overall a good stay but keep low expectations on the laundry :-)

The apartment was very well situated in the center of Reykjavik so easy to walk to restaurants, stores, small grocery store…

We loved this area
Dining options nearby were plentiful. Our apt was very cute and clean. It had everything we needed. One night after a long tour we did get locked out and had to borrow a phone and call. Assistance was available to get back in our room.

Walkable, comfort, location close to everything like rainbow street, church, shopping, grocery & downtown area. I love the kitchenette it save us a lot of money.
The only cons is the parking you have to pay per hour or per day but it’s not really bad not overpriced they have a huge parking lot close to the apartment.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable for 4 and there was a local grocery practically on the doorstep. It was very centrally located. The only negative was that some unfortunately placed scaffolding made locating the property difficult.

The inside was very clean and the beds were comfy. It needed another stool or chair for the eating table and more hooks in the bathroom for clean clothes. It was very difficult to find because of construction scaffolding around a building at the entrance to the courtyard. Convenient to Bus stop # 6 and lots of shopping. Would stay again.
