The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is walkable to every part of town but just a block or two off the main area so it is more quiet. I would stay here again.

This will be our stay any time we come to Cozumel!This place was so unique with the cool spiral staircase, loft style bedroom, stained glass, great outdoor kitchen, and so bright and spacious. The staff is very helpful (young man found me a bottle opener one night), organized our day trips with reliable cab rides, and made sure we had things we may have forgotten. We added an extra night here even though we already had reservations elsewhere. Great neighborhood and close by just 2 blocks to the main square and great restaurants all around us. We loved this place ❤️

Had an amazing time. Lovw the staff Karla is the sweetest and makes sure everything is taken care of and you are fully hally with your experience. I stayed 2 extra nights and will be back. Its the best I've stayed in as far as location for walking and staff taking care of me while there.

Carla and company are amazing hosts. They are kind and helpful with anything you may need - booking trips, taxis, car rental, etc. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Wifi is fast and now include smart TVs. We will see you again Villas Las Anclas!

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms and courtyard, nice pool, and a short walk to center.
Only complaint is that we got a surprise pet fee and environmental tax. Perhaps the former can't be integrated into hotels.com, but the tax sure could have been.

Villa Las Anclas has been our yearly go to spot in Cozumel for many years!
The villas are comfortable, centrally located to shops and restaurants and the staff and owners are exceptional.
We can wait to return again!

It was amazing amazing stay. The only bad thing was that I couldn’t stay longer! It was lovely and peaceful and just perfect. Amazing room and very clean. Great outside area. And the staff was lovely. I will for sure be back.

Villas Las Anclas is by far our favorite place to stay in Cozumel. It's very close to all the great bars and restaurants. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are top notch and super friendly. They make you feel like you are one of the family. We love it here.
