The hotel is conveniently located to the mall and other places of interest. The staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommended.

The property was worn down. It needs renovation and uplifting. The lobby and hallways are very warm. Needs proper ventilation and air conditioning. Very good location.

Literally opposite SM mall with super dining options on level 2 and 3 ( ditch the food court)
Not as crowded as Makati but close.
If there is a lot of traffic, the train is literally a 10 min walk or less

I was not satisfied for the reason that the place is too old, they even provided me a an old iron with wires that are visible and unsafe! Their microwave even blew up and charge me for it, but the appliances that they all have are obviously poor and old!!! Will never check in to this place again. Check out shouldnt take so long since some guest are on rush due to their flights, but this hotel make it everything so hard for the guest during check it, all items even like toothbrush are charged whereas it should be automatically provided every staycation knowing that they are so called hotel!!!! Experience is very ridiculous!!! I am not happy

The location is nice because it is directly across the street from SM Mega Mall. The lagoon pool was nice for our daughter to spend some time in. The facility is under maintained, no utensils provided, for a suite room, there should be proper things for a suite, there is no face cloth provided and the shower room is clogging, overall it needs upgrades!
