There was no heat in the room and maintenance had to reset it then it never stayed at a warm temp but was either cold or hot. Bathroom had damage to door, light and fixtures.

Nice hotel and very polite and friendly staff. Only real complaint is there was barely any hot water, more like likewarm, which was a bummer for the jacuzzi suite we got. Overall was a good stay though.

Room they put me at first at 11:30 pm was dirty and had not been cleaned

Staff was rude and not willing to work with us..
We wanted a room off the first floor.
And would not let us check in early.
But , the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean, recently remodeled (cheaply). The mattress was really comfortable but the walls were really thin so you can hear noises from other rooms nearby.

Overall there was nothing truly horrid, but the little things added up quickly. The envelope we were handed our keys in looked like it had been in someone's wallet for a few years. Didn't effect my stay, but noticeable. The room was overall clean, until I went into the bathroom. There was dried blood on the door frame & light switch. I chlorox+wiped every surface at that point. We scheduled a 330am shuttle. Our neighbors partied until we left (on a Monday), our shuttle was 10 minutes late & there was no one at the front desk to check out.

I was charged a $100 fee which I was promised would be immediately returned when I check out. That was almost a week ago, and still no refund.
