Front desk and valet were great. Bartender was SLOW and not very busy. All employees were very friendly.

Great great location walkable spots for meals and close to Beale. Beds need to be replaced a little uncomfortable but the staff is absolutely wonderful friendly and kind

This is a great place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. We didn't have hand soap or body wash, but when I asked for it they provided it in a timely manner. The location was walking distance to many things. The digital check-in process made things very easy. The staff was very helpful with everything including the valet service. I would definitely stay there again.

For the most part the stay was fine. Rooms were not cleaned enough, dirt, hair and extra trash on floor where you don’t look or pay attention to. Dusting certain piece of furniture in room needed to be done. Most hotel employees were not too helpful with giving info to guest. Info you need to know too. A incident happened in restaurant/bar while I was eating and it was very disturbing and not handle properly. But definitely thought Valer was on top of it the whole time that I needed them.

We were about 3 hours early for check in. Our room was ready and we were charged $40 for early check-in In 60 years of traveling I have never been charged for early check in. The hotel was practically empty. There had been a flood from the 3rd floor down. Restaurant was closed, Very inconvenient. Only one elevator was working \. Luckily there were very few guests. We were told by other guests that they had been notified of the issue and given an opportunity to change their reservation. we were not extended that courtesy. We would have chosen the Hilton across the street. For the entire stay there were loud fans all over the lobby. Base boards were removed and laying on the floor. It was a construction zone. On the last day the one remaining elevator was out of order. My 70 year old husband had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. There was never a manager available. Very disappointing stay.

The room had a weird cologne smell. Housekeeping turned the room and there was no body wash, no tissues, and little conditioner. There was also a dirty rug with a sticky spot.

Overall stay was good

High on hospitality. Great service from the employees at the hotel. Linens were crisp and clean. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the city was FILTHY. Garbage in the streets and a general grubbiness. The city needs to clean up, and it could be a gem! The streets outside smelled of human urine. (Not in the hotel’s control) Had some maintenance issues but they were met with good attitudes and care from the staff. Would stay again, as it is a common stop/stay over on our way to see family.

Good modern hotel. Valet guys were great. Always happy to see you and willing to give advice on the area. Location was good and within easy reach of Beale St.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in in over 20 years of travelling to the USa. We do road trips 6weeks a year and stay 1-3 nights at different locations so to say this is the worst. It was dirty, mould on the air con, cupboards hands n off or no cupboards at all floor all ripped up. Pool was dirty, the lobby was like something out of the tower of terror. Avoid at all costs I have stayed in a motel6 that is better
