Clean and confortable.

No phone in a room. Remote can talk TV did not work. Shower sprayed over into the rest of the room. I had used towels to dry it up. When I came back to the room that evening they had not cleaned up the towels in the room. Did not know there was no room service because there was no pamphlets indicating that, no breakfast food . Entry lobby was dirty. And door in bathroom was dirty.

The first thing you see when you enter tge Lobby is a sign that says you can't stay there longer than 20 mins. Very strange. The checkin man was friendly but the hotel is very run down. And there is no tea or coffee facilities in the lobby or room. Just very tired.

We arrived and had a very bad feeling about this facility. They were making fake id cards in the parking lit, then took them inside a the hotel attendant took pictures of the id, and she was paid in cash. There were several cars sitting outside, with people in them, nit guests of the hotel. We asked to cancel the reservation and told we could not. We left immediately and stated at another facility. The safety of my family was in jeopardy and DOD really needs to investigate.

The listing claimed that there were pillow top beds, down comforters. The beds were small, old and bagged out. The beds had thin poly fleece blankets. The front desk asked for a 100 security deposit ( but did not charge me for it) The room was small and very grimy with unpainted drywall patches and a weird smell. My kids felt unsafe. We were booked for two nights but only stayed one because it was so uncomfortable.

This is the single most unclean and unsafe property I have ever stayed in, and that is saying a lot. I am a former service member and have stayed in 3rd world nations around the globe. This was worse than any of those by far.

The staff was very rude.

This was by far the worst dump we've ever stayed in. Should have read the reviews, my fault there! Sign on the front said NOW OPEN. Silly, I took this as "we've updated things." NOTHING could be further from the truth! However long it was closed for, they did nothing but open again. Mold on the ceiling, rust in the bathtub, no closer on the bathroom door, only the knob. The peephole in the front door was missing...they stuffed a tissue in it. Bi-fold door on the closet...literally, DOOR. The left hand door was missing. Stains on the furniture and dozens of other things I'm not going to list. How the dept of health has NOT shut this place down, is beyond me. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!

We were deceived as the photos online looked much better than reality of the conditions. The place is an old, dirty dump. Old and clean is one thing, but old, dirty and creepy is another. There were old mattresses outside & propped up next to entries. We were told our room had a pool view. The pool was empty, dirty with demolition rubble around it. The few people people wandering around the pool area and property looked like living dead. Soon after checking in, we left to find another hotel then came back to turn in the key, sacrificed our pre-payment and additional $100 security deposit that they asked from us upon checking in. It was so twilight zone strange. This place should closed down.
