I was given room 127. I had an exhausting day and was looking forward to just relaxing. I had chosen Holiday Inn because the building is relatively new and had good reviews. Upon entry, I put my bag down and sat on the bed and was going to turn on the television. Before placing my phone down and grabbing the remote, I noticed on the night stand what appeared to be something slimy like children's snot or boogers. I immediately went to the bathroom and soaked a hand towel in hot water, and wiped up the entire surface of the night stand. While it was disturbing, I was extremely exhausted and didn't want to call the front desk to complain. Later that evening, while using the bathroom, I noticed bits and pieces of toilet paper scattered all over the floor under the sink. This confirmed to me that this room was most likely not cleaned or cleaned poorly. I checked the sheets on the bed because they looked loose and crinkled. Typically, clean new sheets are tight and have that crisp look. Again, I was extremely tired and did not feel like calling the front desk. Sure I probably could have received another room, but what are the chances it was any better. I am not a whistle blower and I understand that mistakes happen. Under the circumstances, I just needed to rest and the room provided that. However, I'm unsure if Ill ever stay at another Holiday Inn in the future.

Room was great, breakfast was great, pool was great, though the chemical smell was pretty strong. Noon checkout was wonderful. Beautiful views. We will be back!

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in for our whole trip staff was exceptional the room was amazing breakfast was great and your new coffee machine are the greatest thank for your help finding a wonderful Italian restaurant close by all in all our stay was amazing definitely will recommend this place

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff went far beyond what I would have expected. They were very helpful with every request we had.

We stayed overnight on Saturday, October 5th for a quick weekend getaway. We were offered a room upgrade at no extra charge, which was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The only thing that could have been better was the pull out couch mattress. The mattress was very thin, so the springs were not cushioned at all making it uncomfortable. It worked out fine though. Also, the pool was not heated, so it was very cold to swim in. That didn’t stop the kids from having fun still. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is great, however, the AC was making noise so maintenance came to fix it. The AC filter was dirty and was not changed - change 4 times a year. The bath tub was in poor shape, rusty, two large spots that had been worn down and maybe poor repaired

Upon arriving for check-in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk. They recommended a restaurant that turned out to be 5-star! The room was stunning and clean. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Will stay here again!

Stay was wonderful with excellent service! Great room and very modern. Only complaint is that the carpet was stained in many places and one piece of furniture was stained.
