Pool was closed due to "Chemical Issues". No hot water in the room. Room heater was as loud as a freight train. Vending machines out of service.

Convenient breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, pleasant cooperative staff, choice of refreshing detox water at reception, all make the stay better. The bar could be very noisy though until late at night, particularly if there is a large group and you have an accessible room on the ground floor and need some sleep after a long drive. Location is a plus next to Walmart, Dollarama and shopping and dining.

I don’t like the smell or air freshener used in the elevator or reception areas. There are better signature hotel fresheners.

It was your average hotel when it comes to cleanliness, condition, amenities and location. Staff were friendly and professional. I did not use the pool, nor did I have breakfast, so I can’t comment on those. The walls and ceilings must not be well insulated though, because the noise was next level loud. It sounded like the guest above me had their tv the loudest it could go and it went on until 12am. The room next to me had guests with a dog that barked most of the night. Children were running and yelling in the hallway late into the evening. Maybe it was a one off for me since I stayed on a holiday.

The room was very clean and the staff accomodating. The free breakfast was a very nice bonus. All and all loved my experience.

However the carpet in the hallways and room was really dirty and needs to be replaced with laminate flooring. The breakfast provided was terrible, the hash browns were barely warm and the juice was warm too. We ended up going somewhere else to grab something to eat. For the price try somewhere else. Staff were friendly, no issues there.
