Hampton inn is our go-to place to stay when in Timmins. It is always very quiet, extremely clean with comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. The kids love the pool and a great complimentary breakfast.

Stayed for a work trip and brought the family along. The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were also great with my young child - brought out some pool toys and gave us some colouring sheets and crayons for the drive home.

Enjoyable stay. Clean and price appropriate for the area. Only issue was front desk service at one point as it seems there was no coverage for the person that had to step away for a bit . Patrons had to wait fifteen or twenty minutes in lobby area with no one at desk

This place carries the Hilton name, but the hygiene is a disaster. The air in the room was stuffy because it wasn’t ventilated at all. The worst part was that the towels were not replaced with fresh ones; instead, they folded the used towels to make them look new. The bed sheets were also not replaced, just tidied up. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. Everything was well kept. The breakfast was just ok but they never ran out of anything which was good. One of the elevators was slow or didn’t work while we were there. The pool was good but not very deep or big. This hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping. Overall a good stay and I would book again.

Check-in was unusual - the staff member coming on shift came in and said to the one who was there working that there might be someone in the trash bin out back! That didn’t leave a great impression! Thankfully there wasn’t! However the girl who was working the front desk and waiting to be relieved by this other staff member kind of rolled her eyes and said to me “but I want to go home.” I take it she was at the end of her shift. The whole interaction was not very professional!
Other than that the place was very good. Clean, nice lay-out. Beds weren’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in but they were fine. Breakfast was adequate. There were a couple hot options, a waffle maker, and the usual cold stuff, toast, etc.
Overall I was happy with the stay and I would stay there again.

There was a dirty kleenex on the shelf beside the toilet. Obviously had something on it. Could have been overlooked by housekeeping, until you sat on the toilet and it was beside you, gross. Only 3 kleenexes left in the holder. Other than that, the room was clean and tidy.

The room was great, staff friendly, hot breakfast was a really nice change. Might seem odd. Not even a real complaint, but I was surprised that there were only two full sized towels in the room. I noticed because whenever hubby and I travel, he gets one and I get

We were in town for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand.
The 3 mornings we were there, had 3 different breakfast change ups which were all fantastic and the variety of food items were great. Everything was hot and fresh.
The pool was clean and nice however it was freezing and the floor/steps of the pool were VERY slippery. Quite a few people trying to walk in, slipped.
The only upset and not even at that, was the one elevator was down for most of our stay and the wait times were a bit long. If we didnt have two little kids in tow and were on the 5th floor, we would have taken the stairs. But at times it was a 5+ minute wait.
Otherwise all in all a great stay, and would stay again.
