My dad had a medical appt at the hospital. We needed a hotel close to the hospital.

It was adequate.

I had booked a ground floor room but ended up with a 2nd floor . The building is showing it’s age, the lobby stair carpet were very tattered. Went down to breakfast to find the dining area packed. No place to sit. There was a toaster, waffle maker & brewed coffee. There was hot food, well warmish, scrambled eggs, tatter tots and small breakfast sausages. The coffee was weak and they had freakishly small cups. The room was clean, there was a small fridge, microwave, small coffee maker and a big tv with a good selection of channels. It served its purpose giving me a comfortable place to sleep for the 2 nights I was in Timmins. Though probably won’t stay here again.

Property was well cared for. We know what to expect with regard to breakfast facilities, however, at this establishment, the dining room opened at 6:00 am, and at 6:10 it was basically cleaned out. We didn’t talk to the attendant, who seemed busy and decided to hit the road. The ice machine was locked in a small room with the laundry machines. A minor inconvenience. Overall, other than a dangerous entrance and exit to the highway, it’s a pretty good place to stay in Timmins.

It was fine, just don't expect much. Staff were great.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing special, but fulfilled all my requirements. Would stay here again.

Room was spacious, well kept, staff were lovely and was a very seamless check in and check out options. Breakfast options were great, parking super easily accessible. Would absolutely recommend especially for the price.

Terrible. Booked a ground floor because of patio doors and they wnt open. Asked for another room and was told since we book through Expedia they could not help us.

It was very convenient as we were visiting family close by

The Comfort Inn is good, I was disappointed the other people staying there as they were noisy through the first night, The following night was fine.

Besides hearing the people leaving and coming in the building it was okay. I personally did not feel safe.

We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and really enjoy the staff, location & ease of service. We did advise Staff that we found a dirty towel hanging in the back of our bathroom door which gives the impression the room was quickly cleaned. Otherwise everything else was good. Will stay here again.

Hotel was really good from the start checkin was pleasant room nice, included breakfast was great. Only draw back was my truck was broken into during the night. This had nothing to do with the hotel, i travel to Timmins often i am from there, the city is a disgrace. I will stay at this Comfort Inn again but only when i need to come to Timmins staff really try hard hotel is great

We love staying at the comfort in this is actually our 3 rd night staying at different comfort inns but the one in Timmons when we came out in morning all our straps were cut off our bag on top of our car other than that it was great and so were the staff thank you

Great accommodations.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They're all easy going and didnt even hesitate when I showed up with my dog. I usually warn the hotel in advance but this was last minute. Everyone I met was chatty and enthusiastic. They answered any questions I had and respected our privacy. Overall, incredible stay with wonderful staff, convenient parking and hotel location, pet friendly and spotless rooms.

Reasonable price, friendly staff

The room didn't have an alarm clock, asked for one to no avail, I needed to be up at 5 am for medical appointment. Front desk assured me that I would receive a wake up call at that time, however, I did not.

Only real problem is the beds very uncomfortable breakfast was good

Everyone that works there is so happy and kind. They are all amazing. There isn’t much to buy and the rooms have a smell - like something was sprayed in the ac. I had allergies from it but took some allergy meds. Eco friendly not so much as all dishes are disposable. We cannot get actual glasses. I think there are. It enough staff there. The ladies bust their butts but still remain so happy !

The hotel was comfortable… It just seemed very wet and humid in there and my clothes were damp. There was no screen on the window so when I opened the window the mosquitoes came in… Otherwise it was fine it was all good - servec our needs it was close to everything we needed the staff were great breakfast was great

Staff were nice, lots of parking for our large truck and trailer and they accommodated with giving us a room so we could view the truck.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are dated and could use some TLC. Garbage was stored under the west stairwell overnight and was very pungent the next morning.

Our room wasn’t visited by room service a single time during our stay so we had overflowing garbage and such, our room keys kept on having to be reset, and the heater in our room never stopped running so it got very hot in our room. Besides that the people were nice and the place wasn’t bad

This hotel should not be recommended. First we booked 2 double bed non smoking due to the nature of my condition. When we arrived the room smelled cigarettes. I told the reservation we were informed that she could not smelled the cigarette after taking her mask on. I told that my husband was a smoker and he could smell it right away. We pushed the replaced of room and right after the same person said she could smell the room right after she stay for a little longer in the room. The next morning we asked for breakfast and we were told that no more breakfast left but it is only 7:45am. I told reservation that they should know how many was staying on the hotel and should prepared for everybody and he said there is nothing he can do about that. We stayed for 2 night and on 2nd day we got out to get our room to be cleaned but only garbage was taking out on our room. No towel or even soap was left on our room. We complained but we were told that cleaner was left for the day. Hopefully this review will give a clear recommendation to the future who wanted to stay in this hotel. This hotel should not be recommended in the future. Very disappointing hotel during our stay.
