It was very nice hotel and I got very nice service.
Every rooms are assigned a service staff member, so you can easily request service.
It offers a variety of things to see and enjoy, including a water park, aquarium, large swimming pool, and various performances.

The Thursday, 12.09.2019 morning on duty swimming pool staff was not very friendly and wonder did he controlled the jacuzzi to stop whenever we wants to use it.
There was no desert been served for morning breakfast. Example: Green bean soup and etc.

The customer service level of this hotel is excellent. During our stay, there is one male staff in particular provided high level of attentiveness, going the extra mile. We are grateful for that.

The view was great from high floors. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, it’s a big plus for guests.
The front desk staff were very helpful. One of them (sorry I can’t recall her name), even drew the direction to nearby Malls. She also helped to wrap the coconut Shell tortoise we bought from the gift corner.
