Nice budget hotel for what you pay, sea view was great. Only one of three bay windows opened the 5 inches legally allowed for the 2nd floor, all had been painted shut so had no air flow.
No hot water in room, maintenance came to look and said room hadn't been used for 7 days so needed to run the hot tap for over 15 minutes to get it to tepid. Had to do this the next two mornings aswell and gave up using the sink as was only cold water, fine for brushing teeth.

The hotel itself was formly home to refugees nothing against them but the owners have clearly ran off with the profits.
No hot water on three occasions and no water at all 2 occasions

Booked this hotel for a one night stay when no other options were available. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable but it was very dated! We knew that when we booked it so really, it was exactly what it said on the tin - basic and dated but if you need a cheap night, it’s clean.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room was very hot with only one window opening. The bed was quite uncomfortable as well.

Changed our allocated room to one downstairs to
accommodate my disabled husband which was much appreciated.
Rather noisy in the morning.

A lovely stay, very nice room, comfy bed, with a great view of the sea front with the amazing sunny weather. Great price and will defo be staying again in the future.

Paid to park outside but was told later when checking in to ask them for a parking permit at 2.20 a day. Much cheaper than the parking meter.
The room was small and basic but had the sea view we paid extra for. The room had been freshly pained and carpeted.
The shower and toilet door didn't close properly due to the thick paint on them.
The room was extremely warm and only one window opened a couple of inches. The other was pained shut.
Overall the room was fine for a base. My only issues were lack of plugs with only one each side of the bed and the huge headboard that creeked with every movement.
Staff are all great and couldn't be faulted.
Bar was fine and they offer pizzas on site. That's the only food available i was aware of.
All in all a nice stay.

Very Basic. Real trouble was the room was far far too hot to sleep in. Appreciate it’s hot outside this time of year but need to supply a fan or something. Very bad nights sleep for both of us.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Room and bathroom were a little snug and definitely needed a larger TV.

MUCH IMPROVED since staying there 10 years ago! Looks like they take a pride in the place now - new ownership I think. Very clean and great price
