bad expirence ac was not working at all complained number of times , in d morning no hot water in d shower after complaining they swich on d hot water from outside ,at d time of check out food bills they did not accept credit card ,looks like shady hotel ,in fact room has no windows.

Terrible, terrible, terrible for hotel, staff and cleanliness. Surfaces were coated in dust, filthy bathrooms- toilet was soiled and shower heads in bathrooms were coated in limescale . Bedrooms not secure anyone could enter from the outside when customers in their rooms. Staff had keys which could access customer bedroom safes. Website images and description not true to reality. There was no toilet paper and other toiletries, no AC just a ceiling fan, no complimentary water as stated on the website. Dark dingy corridors- one of the three bedrooms had very little light. A mattress was propped up in the poorly lit corridor. The manager was rude- did not acknowledge our arrival. He demanded full payment even through we did not stay the night for all three bedrooms.

A pleasant enough hotel, close to Connaught Place and New Delhi Railway Station, however they took so long to reply to our request for an airport transfer that we ended up haggling with taxi drivers about how much we had to pay for four passengers and all of their luggage. Unwanted and unavoidable stress at the start of a holiday.

Really love it. Everything was good about it. I have only one complain the internet speed. Food and room service was really good. Staffs were really friendly.

the area where the hotel is located is so crowded. I wouldn't recommend this area to any friend or family. It is insane. Crazy busy and loud the whole day. The access is very difficult. Only with taxi you can get there. In general New Delhi is not the best choice. Please DO NOT STAY ON THIS AREA EVER! you will regret.

Toilet flush did not work, they tried to fix, did not work an hour later. Safe was un-useable in 2nd room. None of the windows on third floor could be opened as its next(less than a foot) from another building. Its typical of many Delhi hotels in the area.

Very well located in the city, close to the metro and surrounded by a wide diversity of restaurants. The hotel has large room, breakfast is complete and good. One negative aspect, rooms on the street side aren’t sound proof and as there is a market in front, can be noisy.

WiFi did not work properly ... no window ... not enough warm water for the shower ...( and several cockroaches ... but that is of minor importance )

Rooms are very comfortable and there is lots of noise especially phone rings almost whole day and electric went off frequently. The staff are friendly but lots of noise every time talking

This is located in center of city, near to railway station. Hotel is having friendly staff. We stayed in deluxe room which was good. You can get beside hotel for shopping and other stuff

Good sized rooms, great bathrooms, efficient air-con, and very good price. It's in a very convenient spot for transport, and for the main sights of the city. The best thing of the hotel is the staff, they were all very charming, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended - we would definitely choose to stay here again.

A short walk to the train station, and very efficient check-in/check-out process. Room was excellent with excellent interior lighting and spacious bathroom. Only problem is the - WiFi connectivity, very slow especially at the night.

Lovely location. Ideal for the metro station, which is a good option to get around. The front desk staff was very friendly, available for assistance 24 hours. Room and hotel itself was lovely, the minibar was well stocked and the bathroom was tidy.

Not really what and bien it's advertised. I reserve a specific room and was giving a different one, I asked to be changed and even though was taken to a different room it was nothing what they offer.

For a budget price, we had such a 4 star experience. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was luxurious, the bathroom was very clean, and the food at room service was amazing and affordable. Would highly recommend. I'll be back there for sure.
