I think there was done kind of tournament going on because there were a lot of kids in the hotel. There parents allowed them to stay up and run around the halls. Jumping around until almost 2am. I couldn’t sleep. It didn’t help that the bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are nice but the bed itself was hard and lumpy.

Smelled like marijuana smoke. We were told roll away beds were available, but the front desk said they weren’t available for our room. We were denied a late checkout.

The elevators were broken when we arrived and we were booked in a second floor room near the center of the building but the stairs are only on the far end of each floor. My wife has mobility issues and had a hard time getting to the room. Was told we could not get similar room on first floor. The room temp was above 80 degrees when we entered and I had to adjust the thermostat setting to cool it down . Then a storm caused a power outage at 5 pm . No lights, no a/c , no back up power. Power restored at 2am but took a while to cool room back down. Stayed 2nd night with elevators still broken .Asked about rate adjustment but was told manager was not available. No one at front desk when we went to check out so left keys . Mostly disappointed with our stay. We have stayed here before and it was better than this.

Room could use some updating. Shower is very stained. Not dirty just old and outdated. Otherwise, everything else has been very good good so far.

The staff was friendly and got us quickly checked in despite that we didn't arrive until late at night. We had a nice large room that was clean and well stocked. All the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

There was hair still stuck on the back of the bathroom door from previous people. There was dry pee and hairs on the bottom of the toilet all around and the floors looked as if they hadn’t been swept after the last few visits from guests, ESPECIALLY underneath the bathroom vanity. It also smelt old and musty. Carpet didn’t look as if it had been vacuumed. The coffee maker in the room was really dirty as well, hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It seemed as if they came in and changed the bedding and set out fresh towels and that was it. Also, the furniture was even beat up and the fabric on the big bench in the room was cracking, peeling and completely torn off. Pictures of the pool are very deceiving. Only one chair was usable, the rest were ripped up and broken. DEFINITELY not worth the money. We’ll never stay here again.
