Very clean rooms with incredible mattress and pillows. Nice to have a separate place to chill and watch TV that's not on the bed. Breakfast was good only thing here is when they say breakfast until 9:30 that is what they mean lol. Everywas cleaned up and we noticed a few disappointed guests.

Housekeeping staff was very respectful of guests, no yelling in the halls early in the morning. Walls are thin and people above my room and next to my room were not as quiet as they could have been.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good. I had to change rooms one night because of a toilet not having enough flow. They immediately got me another room & they apologized for the inconvenience. I will stay again & have used this hotel many times. I would recommend.

great place, clean , customer service is great but I wish they could include an actual restaurant in the future. Breakfast was mostly things you can microwave.

The hotel was very clean & easy to get to. I stayed 3 nights for a business trip. The only minor thing was the body wash bottle in the shower ran out of soap before my stay was over. Need to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Overall though, great hotel.

Nice modern mid-level hotel. Rooms/bathrooms were relatively large and beds comfortable. Breakfast was better than average for what was offered: simple buffet but better quality and more choices than super budget hotels.

Other than that we had a view of worlds of fun so my kids enjoyed leaving the park but still being able to watch the rides. We were so tired from worlds of fun we over slept and didnt get breakfast. CHECKOUT IS NOON!! NOON! That was super nice having kiddos that were still tired from the park the day/night before.

Our room and experience was great. We had an issue however when we went to shower the shower head was coming out of the wall and moved all over the place like it was badly broken. My son was absolutely terrified of it as he has sensory and processing issues. It was already after 1am and we were exhausted. It was a huge disappointment and frustration after spending money for a nice room.
