Very relaxing,clean and breakfast is great all you want in a holiday. Staff are friendly aswell I would come back any time.

What can i say? the staff is very friendly and helpful
The resort is in need of renovation
the room we were given dirty. i requested the different room and was shown two other that were in same condition. the walls are very dirty and the bathroom very tiny, toilet seat has yellow stains and the bawl itself was dirty. the walls dirty and air conditioner licked water on the floor.
the pool is excellent and very large, however there are no grab rails.
Would NOT recommend and will NOT ever come back

The hotel is quite quiet and clean, the staff are super, the beach is unuseable, as the sea often recedes and there is very little water in the sea at that time. And when he comes back, a mass of jetskis and motorboats appears in a narrow lane, since these are all old motors, the entire coast reeks of exhaust fumes.

The staff are wonderful. Location is great. The hotel could do with a renovation, but is priced well for that budget. Fine for a one night stay or those looking to do Nusa Dua on a budget. Value for money for a transit night. It’s not fancy, very much 3 star.

We had a very pleasant stay here. We were however quite disappointed with how extremely dirty the beach was. There was rubbish on the beach as well as in the water. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were nice.

A quiet and relaxing place to stay, although I think the property in general needs updating in many areas.
The best part of this hotel is the pool and gardens.
Good location for bars and restaurants.
Take note there is no bar as stated and there was some noisy work being done in the next room.

The shower 🚿 head not working properly.
There were dirty plates left in the corridor from the day we arrived to the day we left. Cleanliness could be improved.

Breakfast wasn’t very good, definitely made us skip other meals at the resort. Not enough sun chairs for the very few guests staying here. Staff was nice, but under trained. Our power stop in our room in the middle of the night, I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. After our room was so hot I couldn’t sleep, I went and looked all over for a staff member or security guard. I shouted at the front desk, “hello, is anyone here?” No answer, so I knocked on the office door no answer. I opened the office door, I saw someone sleeping on the floor so, but all my noise didn’t wake them. I said “hello.” Still nothing. I knocked with the door open, nothing. Finally I knocked and said “hello” loudly. The gentleman finally woke up. I quickly realized as two people darted out of the room, both the desk staff and security were asleep on the job. I wouldn’t mind if they were asleep, but they did not answer the phone or respond to someone in the lobby. I have worked plenty of night shifts and this seems unsafe and unacceptable. What if something really serious was happening? They were willing to help figure out a solution (once they realized the power wasn’t and easy fix they moved us rooms) and were kind. I don’t blame the staff, as it seemed to be a training issue.

Excellent position, awesome huge clean pool, right on the beach. Good restaurant and breakfast..very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were adequate, but bathrooms small a d in need of refurbishment. Good price for this property..Overall, i would recommend BRR &SPA..

Beach for swimming is tidal.

Rooms needed some TLC and renovations but to be expected post covid lockdowns .

The very best thing about the hotel is the pool! It's huge with a ledge that one can rest on and look out to the ocean. The pool staff did a great job of keeping the pool spotless. The staff was very friendly. We had some issues with the air conditioner in our room but a repair technician came right away and fixed it up each time. The restaurant is adequate. Good selection of buffet items that changed a bit each day. Restaurant staff doesn't speak very much English so sometimes brought challenges but extremely friendly. The stretch of beach is exactly as shown in the picture on the website. Water sports are right there at the beach so very convenient. This part of the Bali coastline is not very good for swimming. There is a lot of seaweed and a lot of boat traffic with the water sports. However the pool more than makes up for that. Would recommend this hotel & definitely stay here again.
