lobby and room for the 4 people, 2 rooms were clean. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall was excellent, we always try to stay at Tru because the hotel chain is consistently comfortable, clean, friendly, great breakfast.

The bathroom light and the tub faucet were broken. We information the front desk and the maids but nothing was done for the 3 nights we stayed there. The staff was nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are sparsely furnished so it's surprising that they were in need of simple repairs.

I stay at a LOT of hotels. At least once a month. This is by far the best all around hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so clean, so convenient, and amazing amenities. I am just blown away. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. You have gained a customer for life.

Dear Manager,
At around 5:30 AM, the front desk rang me and made an allegation!! This is not as good customer service, especially from the front desk, and I certainly did not appreciate HIS behavior. I hope you will fix his behavior.
