Best services you could ever ask for!! Staff is beyond amazing! Only FYI is that they advertise comfy beds but those are in the more expensive rooms and not the basic.

We booked the family room with the ocean view. I do not recommend this room as the view will always be blocked by chair pillows and stacked chairs. Though the people/security guards are very nice to move it when asked, i feel that there should not be a need to ask since we paid extra for the view. Not a big deal but when we checked in, we are a family of five but towels was only good for 3 people.
Another thing. Since our room is close to the ocean view, random people will be sitting on the table right outside our window. Very disappointed to see people smoking in front of room. We could smell the cigarette smoke smell inside our room. Food was a little on the expensive side but tasted good.
We were given a foot massage for all the trouble but I think it would be better if they could preserve the area for the family room a little private. It was not relaxing to stay in the room. So we just try to enjoy the beach under the sun.

Had a wonderful stay here, staff were great and the location was convenient. Only annoying thing was they made us change rooms 2 nights before checking out to do maintenance. Could have waited till we checked out as the maintenance was not affecting our stay. Transfers from airport were convenient but very expensive.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. The rooms are in excellent condition (the renovated ones) and spacious. Very close to the shore and is seemingly quiet area in station 1. I think what stands out is the customer service provided by all the staff, from the people who met us at the airport to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers and to the last person/s to send us off. Every single need was taken cared of with utmost regard and genuine willingness to assist. I and my family will surely go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Ambassador and staff for providing us one of the most memorable vacations we ever had.

This place was amazing, on the beach, great location. Staff was amazing, very helpful. Will stay there again. I look forward to the next stay.

After one week stay, I would like to say this is not like a 5-stars hotel, may be 4-stars or 3.5. If you use 5-stars standard to stay this hotel, you might be disappointed, just like what I'm feel.
Advantage:
1. The location is perfect, one side is the main road, close to Robinson supermarket. The other side is S1 beach, has wonderful beach.
2. The room is very large. The view from the balcony is nice.
3. The service are all friend and nice.
4. The bread and steak in hotel's resturant is good
Disadvantage:
1. The hardware condition is old includes wardrobe, shower, flush toilet and etc. Just like I see another review about the room, except big and good view, there is nothing. I even see the cockroach in the room. By the way, some times will there is not hot water.
2. The cleaning is somehow has the problem, either the towels or brushes would not be provided enough. Of course, if you call the housekeeping, they will send you what you need.
