No signage to indicate that hotel parking is across the street. No secure spot to unload in front of the property. Adjacent to a methadone clinic. Room was decent size, clean with comfortable beds, but very sketchy from the outside

The rates take advantage of people needing to be close to the hospital to visit loved ones. A party kept me awake and I had to call security which added to the noise. An intoxicated woman nearly fell on me by the elevators. My room was filthy, bed cover had old blood stain, walls had dried splash marks, bed skirt was filthy with dried stains. The experience contributed to the misery of my loved one’s health crisis rather than create a safe haven. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They also showed us how to get to our destination thats close by and had dining recommendations. Our room was clean and tidy when we checked in and there wasnt alot of noise during our stay.

The hotel was right beside the hospital, and therefore really convenient for my early morning checkin to the hospital. We received a free upgrate to a suite on the top floor, and staff were very helpful and friendly.
