The hotel staff were not the most helpful. We have been travelling for 3 weeks now and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. They were so slow and did not really inform you of anything, you had to find out yourself. The pools were all clean but around the edges they had put some foam to cover where it’s peeling and that was also coming off. The beach pool looks on to the main road and you can hear traffic constantly which did bother us a bit.
The hotel itself in some areas (our room mainly) needed an upgrade. The toilet door didn’t close, as it wasn’t put on properly, there was paint missing and the shower did not drain at all.
However, the rooftop bar and pool staff are lovely!
The hotel is quite far from the main centre- around 30 minutes walk, there is a shuttle but the last time you can come back is 8pm which for us was early.

When we arrived to the hotel there was luggage everywhere, a guy in only his underwear at the bar and people laying/sleeping on the couches. When we got our hotel room the fridge didn’t work and there were so many tiny bugs all over the floor. We called the front desk asking for a different room. They said they would call us back but never did. We checked out the pool but while walking there there were half eaten slices of pizza on the ground. The only thing I did like was the hotel breakfast.

the room had a damp smell & bed frame had small insects. housekeeping were amazing at keeping the room tidy & the staff were extremely helpful!

The Grand two bed suite was good, but a few marks on the walls and limescale in the bathrooms let it down. There is also no door between the master bedroom and bathroom, so there is not alot of privacy.
The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and I had an amazing massage in the spa.

This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.

The hotel is on several levels but they have buggies to take you up and down.

We were not feeling welcome in this Hotel, reception staff at check in very arrogant. If you are requesting a deposit why is not mentioning in the website and all booking platforms?! No tasty food and very expensive.I will never come back and not recommend.
