The back drop of the mountains is stunning. Lovely pool area and great outside space in our room. As friends we shared a two bed with a hammock and outdoor kitchenette. Literally the only bad thing I can think of this that the lighting in the bedrooms could have more ambience. Just different lightbulbs would make a massive! Obviously this is the tiniest issue. The free shuttle bus to the beach was really useful and unexpected. Highlight recommend.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet and beautiful environment. We really appreciated this place, far from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, but still close to all amenities.

What an amazing experience. From start to finish we were taken care of. The most beautiful pool and view I have ever seen. Was so sad to leave and cannot wait to come back one day. Also loved that there was a free shuttle from the hotel to town and also a free shuttle from town back to the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and spacious.
Location is remote, not close to the ocean or shopping. They do have a shuttle every 1-3 hours, but we decided to just get a Grab ride every time we went in or out for convenience. The breakfast is ok. Staff is nice and very attentive.

This place is an absolute gem!
Its perfect walking distance to the beach and main strip, but tucked away from the commotion of it all. The staff is extremely welcoming, and there's so many nice little touches everywhere. The grounds are stunningly beautiful. This is easily one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. My only regret is not staying longer!

100% do not hesitate to book!! It’s been the highlight accommodation of our trip. I also have a lot of food allergies and they were incredible for both room service and by the pool changing items to suit.

Superb resort with excellent staff.Very clean, and situated in a lovely neighbourhood. Only a few minutes from Ao Nang beach by the hotel shuttle bus.

Simply perfect, we enjoyed every second, the personal was very kind and helpful. The whole Resort is lovely between all the palms, trees and plants and the best View from the Pool :)

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

Great service, rooms are wonderful and the food was good. Enjoyed the bungalow style room and staff were amazing. I would stay there again and again and again.

We were not thrilled with the garden apartment which was right behind the parking lot and the reception area. The view wasn’t great and it was loud at times and when I went out on my deck I would often see people on the grounds so it didn’t feel private.

Covid has had an impact of course and staff numbers are reduced as expected but unfortunately that means that gardeners and general maintenance isn’t upto spec. Maybe when things get back to some sort of normal and staff numbers are increased it will get back to its 4* status. Having said that our stay was ok, we enjoyed the quietness, 4 days was enough and we were happy to move on .
