The hotel is clean and well organized..The stuff are helpful and nice. The place is so close to all the main attractions My concern is they only put one pillow on the bed so make sure to request more if you prefer to sleep with more than one.

First of all Hotel's location was very good. If we take the A3247 bus to the stop, we can walk to the hotel. While walking to the hotel, you can see the wonderful Zubizuri Bridge. A 15-minute walk along the river will lead you to the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum. The front desk was very friendly and the condition of the room was very good. In the room I can see wonderful sight of the river. If i have chance to revisit Bilbao I will reserve this hotel. Translated in Korean 저는 빌바오 구겐하임 박물관에 방문하기 위해 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 먼저 호텔의 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 빌바오 공항에서 시내로 들어오기 위해서는 A3247 버스를 이용해야하는데 버스 정류장에서 내린 후 주비주리 다리 쪽으로 온 후 5분 정도 걷다보면 호텔에 도착할 수 있습니다. 또 저의 경우 저녁에 도착했기 때문에 호텔에 들어가면서 멋진 주비주리 다리에 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다. 또 호텔에서 강변을 따라 15분 정도 걷다보면 빌바오 구겐하임 박물관에 도달할 수 있습니다. 개장시간인 10:00에 맞춰서 갔는데 매우 좋았습니다. 프런트 데스크는 24시간 운영되면 매우 친절했습니다.(영어로 체크인 가능합니다.) 또 방도 매우 깨끗했고 안락한 느낌을 받았습니다. 또 방에서 빌바오 강변을 볼 수 있습니다. 빌바오라는 도시가 작고 조용한 도시입니다. 만약에 빌바오를 다시 방문할 기회가 있다면 이 호텔을 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (after a slight mixup with our reservation, the problem was quickly resolved to our satisfaction) Our room, which had a lovely view over the river and the local neighbourhood, was perfectly suited to our needs. The hotel is well located on the river within easy walking distance of both the Guggenheim and the old town. Highly recommended.

One complaint about bathroom: no towel rack,even though the hotel had one of those signs that asked you to place a used towel on the rack if you did not want the towel to be laundered. One other thing: I was told at check-in that breakfast was included, but the bill had breakfast as a separate charge. It did not make a big difference, though,because I think the total per night charge was similar to what I paid on hotels.com. Would stay here again.

Very convenient and quiet location, you can walk to the old or new town and the Guggenheim museum easily. The rooms are the standard European size; our room on the 7th floor had a large patio. Breakfast is good.

My son stayed one night and is very satisfied. The staff were friendly and professional. He requested that they request a taxi for a ride to the airport, which they did promptly and efficiently. They were ready and willing to help at all times he needed help. The room was as described and expected in terms of area, comfort and cleanliness. Thank you and keep up the good work!
