close enough to the interstate to be convenient, but far enough away from the traffic noise to be peaceful. pretty view of the forest from the upper back rooms.

Staff was very helpful

Being out of the hustle and bustle of Portland. But, it was only 20-30 minutes away. Easy to get back to Portland.

I love staying at this property! The new owner (maybe manager?) was so wonderful during checkout. They’re doing some great renovations that are making the property look and feel incredible!

Very convenient to Portland and the outlet stores and LL Bean stores. There’s two locations for this property, that’s not fully disclosed on the site. Staff are helpful and the location is well taken care of.

The hotel allows pets for a $30 charge per night which odds fine if it is clearly advertised. Since they choose to allow such, I would expect them to apply the appropriate cleaning measures for those who might stay afterward with pet allergies, especially since booking through here the day of is non refundable. The room section was fine, but the bathroom smells horribly of cat piss which is presumably dialed into the wood trim. Of course, until this is remediated, it will only get worse as each subsequent animal that stays here will continue to piss in the bathroom trying to cover the other animals scent!! We shut the door for the night and that seemed to help but fifteen minutes in the bathroom in the morning for a hot shower destroyed my allergies!!!

Perfect stop on our way up to Acadia. We were in the building overlooking the lake and it was so peaceful. Great area for the dogs to walk around and very friendly staff.

There was no water provide and they never cleaned our room. They came once to clean but it was 8am when we were sleeping and never came back again. There was a dog barking almost every night. The carpet on the hallway was dirty as well. I will never go back to this place
