Next to Maine Beer Company was the highlight and main reason for choosing this hotel and this location. Safe easy walking distance up the sidewalk.
Rooms feel outdated and not very bright.

Note from house keeping considering our room was dusty, bathroom had hair in the shower. No vending machines. Breakfast

We LOVED that it was affordable and just minutes away from a ton of places! (L.L Bean, Freeport outlets, Desert of Maine, Globe, Huge Indian, etc.) Also, love the option to bring pets but, the rooms are VERY clean. If you are staying for a weekend, it's the place to stay!
The building could use a new coat of paint and assign the parking spaces. More pillows!

Staff was great, booking no hassle, room very clean.
My wish was for a newer, less firm, less metal-spring-filled mattress and perhaps a new memory foam pillow. Oh, and TV remote or program provider that wasn't so challenging to find a specific channel. I never had options of channel 24-1, 24-2,-24-3, 25-1,25-2,25-3, etc.

The location was perfect for what was needed.
Management was very hostile over a guest leaving my room at 1030 pm. Was in town for a funeral. Customer service was definitely not his priority.

Chairs fabric needs deep clean, bed cover has a spot of something on it, and a light was out above the sink. Toilet seat was loose and had burn marks from cigarettes.

It was clean the staff was polite and very helpful breakfast was decent.its right next to a brewery I think.

check in was terrible, staff was abusive. Facility was not clean, we couldn't wait to leave. Did not partake of the offered breakfast, room too small and NOT CLEAN!!!

outside pretty run down so first impression was not great. the breakfast was ok but breakfast room was very dark and old and needed work.

The property was conveniently located and accepted dogs which was good because we were traveling with our little dog.
There was toothpaste and hair in the sink when we got there. Makes you wonder what else was not cleaned. Smoking everywhere in non-smoking rooms. I called ahead to confirm that I was bringing dog but they had no record.

For that price was okay, clean, one day in the morning someone had loud music, loud enough to get awake very early in the morning. Breakfast should be modified.

I like the location.
The mattress needed to be replaced. (Sunk in about a foot)
The water coming out of the shower was ridiculous…maybe 12” from the wall.

the breakfast was awful…..for 3 people they had 2 muffins and milk left and the „coffee“ wasn’t drinkable
