Everything was okay

The staff was friendly. The location was convenient and the cafe was nice.

The room wasn't very clean and I could hear everything in the room next door even though they weren't being very loud. I could hear them breathing while they were sleeping the walls were so thin. Also, I brought my work with. me so that I could do some grading while away but the internet was out. The cops visited while I was there because of some issues with other people staying there which seemed to be a normal thing.

The staff was very nice! Our breakfasts at the Cafe were great! Over all our stay was a good one! Thank You!

The room was clean

I had wished that the location was closer to the city center but the hotel itself was good. Next door was a good cafe open early in the morning and not to far away was a very good seafood restaurant. The staff was not aware of area attractions I had asked if there was a waterfront in the area. I wish the staff had known about Sandy Point Beach.

Breakfast was very good. Location worked very well for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

the views are gorgeous and rooms are very comfortable. we only stayed here for a night so didn’t have to interact a whole lot with the staff but they seemed friendly

some of the rooms are literally in the basement with a view of the parking lot. not enough light in those rooms. probably these are the cheaper rooms but the description on booking.com doesn’t mention the view

We booked room back in June. Nothing was said about no room service. Stayed 4 nights, no towels replaced, no trash taken out. Flys swatted on patio door and left from previous guest? Lamp over bed didn't work. No Kleenex. Was told by office that there is no room service due to covid and it didn't matter if I stayed 4 nights or 40 nights there would be no service. I requested bath towels , cups and Kleenex Friday night and was told someone would bring them to the room #336 sometime during the evening. No one came Saturday evening I called the office to inquire why we didn't get towels and was told the person had gone home. I asked to pick up supplies Sunday and office agreed. When we picked up towels that's all there was no cups, no Kleenex. We also asked about Trash bags and were given two for the room and were told by office to throw the trash in the dumpster. In over 40 years of travel have we ever had such poor accommodations, we have even stayed at this facility probably 8 times in the past. Granted we are living in the covid era but everyone in business goes about business by taking safety protocols. Masks, gloves and you can clean a room. We don't see any excuses. This is too bad, but we will not consider staying at Freeport me best western in the future. MOLDY/MILDEW smell throughout the facility.

Room. Housekeeper from Jamaica was very nice and helpful.

Referred to café if wanted breakfast..it was down the hill. No elevator..had to haul bag up 3 flights. Motel was about 60 yards up hill from office..hard to tell it was the office.

First, one has to realize that this hotel is on a very busy highway. If you ever make the mistake to open the door looking at the highway (which we did), be prepared to meet with plenty of mosquites. In front of the hotel, there is a pond and around that pond, lots of trash were present. In general, hotel gives you an impression of neglectance. We stayed at the last room at third floor. The carpet on the hallway had lots of stains and partly bleached. When the staff was cleaning the rooms, whatever they found was dumped in the hallway. While we were checking out, we had hard time not to get tumbled by those piles of towels, sheets etc.

it was one of the cleanest most comfortable rooms we hve stayed in beds great staff was awesome the cafe on site had great food and good prices. not far from a few attractions we wanted to see . great italian restaurant 3 miles away.

The pictures on the website show a pool. Pool not opened. Also show a small area outside the room that you could sit like a balcony. Not what I got. Wasn't offered on website or at check in. I had bars across big doors. Was very dissappointed.

Room was comfortable

Parking lot had holes/ruts which impacted driving to upper level and going to breakfast. Electricity needed to be turned off at 8:30 to switch to solar electric. Seems it could have been later.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel was not up to par for Best Western. I was placed in a side building, not pictured or mentioned when booking, which was in poor shape compared to the main building. Broken floor tile with missing pieces. A heavy dosed of bug replant greeted you when entering the room, had to air it out both nights. I would have left after the first night if not for the fact I would be charged for the room.
