Room was very clean, overall hotel was excellent. Location was perfect very quiet area with a Starbucks across the street and some dining options as well. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel seemed new and it was clean. The only issue was the walls seemed thin, we could hear people in neighboring rooms and in the halls. The pool was great, and breakfast had yummy choices. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The refrigerator was full of old food, pizza, China food and grapes and some long hair at the shower.

Facility was very nice, new, clean, and orderly. However, there was confusion and poor service when asking for the airport shuttle. When we arrived and asked the front desk people when the earliest airport shuttle would leave in the morning, we were told two different things (5:00AM and 5:30 AM) by the two individuals at the front desk. They ultimately 'agreed' on 5:00AM. The following morning at 4:50AM we were told by the morning desk person that we weren't listed in her log as needing a 5AM shuttle. She kept telling us the shuttle driver was on his way, but he never showed, and she ultimately ordered us a taxi to the airport at their expense. We left the property at 5:40 AM. Thankfully, we made it to the airport in time.
