Great stay. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a good coffee maker in the room. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay $15 a night for parking, but I did like the manager's happy hour with appetizers and drinks.

Loved the fact that the room we booked came with 2 queens & 1 king in a 2 bedroom! It was a perfect set-up for my 2 adult children & myself. It is the only hotel in the area that offered that option - will be keeping this in mind for the future!
The breakfast was nice to have too - and I had a really early arrival but the desk clerk was able to get me in earlier than the usual 3 pm check in, which I appreciated very much!

We stayed for 5days and 5nights.
Cons: The Aircon in our room doesnt seem to be working at its best. It was hot inside the room on our 1st night. We called the frontdesk and they mentioned we will need to move to a different room. But we like our spacious room with multiple beds and close to where the rest of our family is. So we just decided to keep it. Most days we were out and about anyway and by the time we came back at night we were so tired so we didnt mind. I would suggest they Fix the aircon. Also the Kitchen Vent is it possible to have it (Air out) instead of just recirculating?
Pros: Overall, a great stay! Clean room. Housekeeping daily with good service. Friendly staff, kitchen and frontdesk. Free Hot breakfast which was a big plus! Theres also Laundry room downstairs if needed. Thank you!

When we first got there the manager was soooo helpful! Everything was clean and beautiful! They were very accommodating and caring. He told me about the IHg rewards and helped me get set up patiently. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! From the decor to the room. The grounds were clean and very attractive!

The hotel as far as a kitchenette and nice bathroom with a good size to it. The only issue i had with my stay is there was no hot water and the supervisor acted as if they did not want to help. I have an issue with customer service if you have an attitude because your building isn’t up to par why take it out on the customer?

The staff, cleanliness, accommodations and facilities are awesome! There did seem to be some longer term guests who were tired and grumpy. Also it is located adjacent to the noisy freeway at a bisy intersection. Access to CSU Long Beach is ideal.

Price was what I would expect to pay for this room and level of accommodations. The bad: $15 for parking. Why? It's not secure, there is nothing special about it. Free breakfast: Ends at 9am and they are taking away a tremendous amount of food a few minutes after. I watched them turn 2 families away and I don't understand why. There was so much food and 9am is incredibly early to end breakfast. Not quite the perk you may otherwise think it is.

The morning coffee and breakfast was closed early.
The biggest problem was the Air Conditioning in the rooms which seemed to reset themselves and I have pictures. I would leave the room in the morning air was great and come back and it had reset itself to a higher temp and the room was warm and would take hours to get better.
