I have stayed here many times and love the friendly welcome and well maintained interior. Also love the full English breakfast every morning.

For the money paid I think it was a great deal - Room was fine and breakfast great.
The location was also great - short walk down to the main pier. Nice staff in the morning.
So many great things to say.
However, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere - and it seemed like going into the the room I was staying in from downstairs. It seemed like there was smoking indoors from private area but of course that smoke went everywhere and there was a quite horrible smell of stale smoke. I have lung problems and had it been a tiny bit worse, I would have had to find other accomodation.
The room only had a tiny windue that couldnt open up a lot so there was no air coming in. I would think it would be a problem in summer.
So if you have a problem with smokeand very hot rooms this may not the the best place to stay.

Room was very small, basic and no towels offered. We stayed in room 1 (adult and child). However, the breakfast was lovely and the hosts were friendly.

Great b&b close to centre of blackpool very convenient for local attractions. Free parking outside which is a great bonus. Nice clean room with in room sink and mirror , shared toilets and shower available ...all clean and no issue with sharing. Friendly family run who were very welcoming. Breakfast which was invluded in price was just what i needed the morning after... choice of cereal and cooked full breakfast with coffee/tea ....absolute value for money

Everything was great clean and very comfortable… coffee facilities and also great choice with tv channels … breakfast order was taken on arrival with choice of time and it was cooked perfect … staff were friendly and I will be back

Overall, very good. Toilet right next door to room, only us staying on the floor so no bathroom sharing. As an overnight stay in Blackpool you will not go far wrong. Did the job just fine. Would stay again. Parking and breakfast included in the price, bargain.

The staff are very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely.
The room was clean and tidy. I would stay again, and the location was just right for me.

It was a brilliant stay as usual just wish i could have stayed here longer instead of being messed about at the other place i booked which had shut down . It was fully booked here but the owner said i could come here to shower if i wanted which was really kind of him. The breakfast here is out of this world i dont know how they do it on what they charge , a fantastic family run b and b they always go out there way to please i will definitely be coming back here xxxxx 5 stars from me
