Great location, large open plan living, good customer service, however the villa we stayed in (which is very pricey and supposed to be luxury), the carpets were all lifting, stains on the curtains and the upstairs tv didn’t work. To the hotels credit they did swap our TV, but it was replaced with an old school TV that needed an old aerial which made the tv all static-y. I just expected more from the huge prices we paid for such a premium room.

The buffet Breakfast was a great way to start each day.
The complex is walking distance to Coles for essential supplies.
The FREE shuttle into town 3 times a day was a bonus. Shame it did not also go later in the day as well.

The executive apartment was luxurious. It was so comfortable we ended up ordering food in and staying in to watch TV of an evening. Glorious.
