We liked the property but when we checked out, i was really surprised by the cost. I never spend that much for a one night stay when we're on the road. But i couldn't find my original reservation to see if the total was correct. I may have made a mistake when i reserved the room because i we just needed a basic room for one night and there are many cheaper options. There was nothing I could do but pay and leave. Once we're back home, ill try and find the information.

I booked and paid through Expedia but the hotel charged $131 on my card. They deny the charges but my bank statement clearly shows the transaction as complete. ...having to dispute the charges now...smh!

One ice machine on the first floor (my room 3rd). No ice bucket in the room. No hand soap in the bathroom. No type of breakfast yet your surrounding comps offer some type breakfast. It’s 2024 customer shouldn’t have to settle and I for one will not. Bad experience and will not stay here again.

We were not pleased with the hotel stay. First, we got a room with a roll in shower and the shower head part did not work at all. Second, the dishwasher did not work as well. We were upset because my uncle, who is handicapped had a hard time using the shower. The shower should be checked to make sure it is working. We were only there for one night so we addressed it to the front desk staff when we checked out. It was upsetting.

Then no addtional towels (wash clothes or hand towels or body towel). We had just one towel. No body wash in the shower which I didn't find out until I was in the shower. I wish I knew bc I had already came down for towels. The shower floor and doors wasn't cleaned either. I be would stay again, but would expect a better do over.

Except housekeeping knocked on our door @ 10:15 and we weren’t scheduled to leave till 12pm…No biggie!! Overall great stay and would stay there again! Close to a lot of restaurants

We love staying at Candlewood. The hotel is quiet, in a great location, had just been newly renovated, they have one of the few beds that are more comfortable than ours, love their walk-in showers, staff was friendly, and they are also a pet friendly hotel.

Floors are dirty in our room. Room is spacious and otherwise okay. Remote to tv is broken. Charge way too much for pet fee!!
