we stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of Jun 2024. PROS: - Very good location. Steps away from the action and attractions and lots of dining and shopping. Faces the canal where all the boats ply. Well designed, spacious and comfy rooms. Staff (especially the front office girl named Nada goes above and beyond tomake you fell welcome not just to the hotel, but also to Aveiro. Nada went out of her way to help us with anything we asked for. A short drive to the beach. CONS: Not easy to get parking. The hotel will direct you to the underground paid parking at the mall which is a 10 minutes walk . The hotel aranges for a parking pass for you which let's you go in and out of the parking lot several times. You pay for the parking at the hotel before check-out. Breakfast is ok. Pretty basic Nothing to write home about. Water is not drinkable, but the hotel staff help you get some filtered water. The hotel's elevator takes only one person at a time. But you really don't need an elevator when on vacation.

This property is the perfect location for a night or many nights in Aveiro. It’s close to the canal, restaurants, little shops and parking right behind the hotel in the parking square. The room was very clean, well appointed; it looked right over the canal!

All great - super room and breakfast - close to everything. Parked the rental no problem and took uber when we didn’t want to drive. Lovely city and hotel.

Our room was clean and tidy but small, and the bed was a very small double that was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a good shower, bidet, toilet and facilities. I had to ask for the Expedia complimentary bottle of wine, which was not handed over graciously! Breakfast was good.

Major construction going on. Parking a few blocks away even though hotel had parking spots up front. HUGE NOISE ALL NIGHT from trash removal trucks, drunks, etc. Breakfast was okay, people were all very nice. No drinking water in room. Shower broken, front desk said sorry but that was it, no comp or refund.

Not easy to access but very nice room, quite and clean and wonderful buffet breakfast, nice people are the cherry on the cake.

Lovely stay. Beautiful bright clean room. Fabulous massage in house. Nice breakfast and very helpful friendly staff Unfortunately there was construction going on next door but it did not affect our sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were friendly and interested in our thoughts. After busy days… they supplied us with much needed waters!!! The breakfast offered was awesome. It had a variety of foods. We especially loved the orange juice machine!!!

A great little boutique hotel conveniently located. We loved the small touches. One of the best places we stayed at during our 10-day trip in Portugal.

Very nice hotel with a great self-serve breakfast included. Lots of construction in the area but only during the day. Close to the tourist anttractions area.
