The hotel’s entrance requires navigating a bank of steps to get to the lobby. It is very difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast is delicious (freshly cooked eggs with bacon and potatoes and not a continental breakfast like we are used to in most hotel that offers freed breakfast). Our room was really clean with a kitchenette, which was really convenient.

I would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the city life. Their gym is sparse, but their beds are very comfortable and there are good restaurants nearby. I wish they cleaned the room daily, but I have not seen that service in many Canadian hotels so maybe it is just my American bias.

Our family travelled with us and despite requesting handicapped access rooms the hotel does not have ANY, they changed rooms twice until we finally had to book another hotel for them.
Our room was acceptable, the bathroom needs major improvements.
The staff were all great and the breakfast was delicious.

Ranked very high. The room was great. The breakfast is top notch. Very reasonably priced. The only downfall is the rear parking lot does not have an elevator so bring the luggage in was difficult. I would stay again.

Staff were very cordial, breakfast was great. The hall was clean and looked good, but the room was not at all like the pictures. Furniture looked cheap, and both the bedroom and restroom deserve a renovation. The corridors seemed dirty and abandoned.

The structure is clean and easily accessible (you can see that it is an older building that was renovated a few times); the hotel also offers a free parking for the hotel clients.

This hotel has dedicated parking in a hip part of town. The interior is beautiful and they have the most comfortable beds I've used in Chicoutimi. Would stay here again.

I LOVED this hotel. Tommy at the reception is great, the food is extremely delicious and the room is spacious and very clean. the beds are confortable and all the hotel smells SO good!

Was great, free parking and friendly staff. Free breakfast was 10/10. Only thing was we did not have any shampoo and no one filled it up during our stay.
