Nice view but too loud at nights because of drunk germans and young people as well

What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family

Everything was good. The service was as expected, the room was as described, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi was either super slow or not working at all.

The interior of the room was beyond exceptations. The outside area near the hotel is silent, but you can hear anything through the walls (people talking, scooters, cars, etc.). The cleaning of the room was very nice and was always finished before lunch. However, the cleaning sometimes started before we got back from breakfast, which was a bit annoying as we would then have to wait until our room was ready. The food was edible, but the cook does not seem to have any professional pride. I am for example fasinated how it is even possible to make a pizza that sloppy :-). The staff is good at keeping tables and the buffet clean. The (only) "hand gel station" at the retaurant/buffet was out of hand gel for three consecutive days. Furthermore, many guests at the hotel did not wear face masks as instructed and the staff only commented on it on very few occations. Covid19 safety measures does not seem to be a concern at this hotel. The pool and pool-area was clean and cosy. The bar at the pool was fine. The service was quick, and you never really had to wait to get serviced. We had all-inclusive, but we would have liked easy access to water as an alternative to soda and beer (e.g. a self-serviced water station). There is a supermarket nearby, and we just bought some water there. The hotel is a 5-10 min. walk from the beach. There is a lot of life at the beach and the nearby shops, restaurants, clubs, etc.

Really enjoyed my stay! Hotel totally met and exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely fantastic - consistently went above and beyond, and the room was very modern.

Very clean and had all that was needed for a night stay. 3 blocks from bus station. Staff was immediately helpful after locking key in room.

I stayed there just for one night to be close to the airport. Hotel is not big but remodeled and very clean. I was very comfortable staying the night there.

I didn’t realize when I booked it that the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood of middle class building apts - they were a couple of very nice restaurants that the local frequent which was an experience in itself to mingle with Mallorcans and away from the restaurants which are very often tourist traps. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and so was the room. The TV was a little tiny (compared to American sizes) but who cares, I never even had time to turn it on. The hotel front desk (Sara) speaks 5.5 languages and was extremely helpful and friendly; the superb job she does makes me want to go back to the hotel.

We arrived early and the room was ready earlier than expected, we went alinclusive and had a lovely 3 nights, lady at the pool bar was especially good, always smiling and very good service.

Room didn't have a/c and had a numerous leeks in the bathroom which was coming through the tiles which sounded like it was coming from the boiler room which was very loud. Other than that the service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Good location near the beach.

Very basic rooms, bordering on dormitory quality. But very clean. Bathroom was last done in the 1980's it looked like but again was very clean. Breakfast was included but you had to wear a non removable wrist band that was put on at check in and was supposed to be kept on for the duration of stay. It was like being tagged!!
