Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The city is lovely and there’s plenty to do. Breakfast is excellent with some traditional Dutch foods to try. Staff were all friendly and spoke excellent English.

Great hotel, fab location, great staaf and really modern. Cant wait to come back.
One slight thing the tv in the room was supposed to have chromecast to link your phone to stream but this doesnt work. Said the wifi of the hotel was not the same as the chromecast.

It's a nice and modern hotel - but service is just not their strength. Waited for like ~15 min at the reception while she was just speaking on the phone. This is weird. No one else came, and the reception just let us stand there. In the room, the chrome casting to the LCD TV didnt work (I use this kind of service routinely at hotels). The reception had no idea and the solution was to send a technician to our room - in the evening when you're in bed is not the moment for that. Reception should be trained and educated in basic room amenities and functionality - obviously I dont expect them to be tech wizards but this was not that kind of problem.
Anyway - the hotel is in good shape. No major problems but they have no real concept of real service and hospitality. That said - this is common in NL.

Arrived Tuesday and check in was good . Went down to the restaurant and ordered the veal and asked for well done with no red / blood whatsoever. I was very clear on this . Was in the company of two others, Food arrived and clearly cooked to medium with blood clearly visible. Food was sent back and arrived back when the other diners were finished their meal . Veal was well done on the outside but still red in the middle / centre of the meat. In addition the accompanying chips were undercooked and clearly rushed to accompany the meal . I then order a second pinot Grigio and a different wine arrived . I did not drink it and called it a night . I expesssed my disappointment on the night to the hostess who apologised but no adjustment / gesture/ etc reflected in the bill . I believe that in these situations some gesture of goodwill should be made . It resulted in me choosing not to dine there for the rest of my stay . Breakfast is good in the hotel normally but on Thursday they had no yougurt which I always choose along with the nice selection of nuts and granola. I asked for a portion of yougurt but was told that it had not been delivered that morning . Again I found this a strange proposition as would imagine that stocks would not have to be delivered on a daily basis and that some back up stock would be in store . At a minimum a few tubs from the myriad of stores beside the hotel could act as a contingency plan. Not ideal but a solution but I basically had no breakfast that day

My room was more carefully and thoughtfully planned than any modern hotel room that I have stayed in in Europe The bed was first-rate and four (FOUR) oversized down pillows made it heaven
The staff were young and competent and eager to help A great experience !! And accessible food service for all three meals was a plus! Highly recommended!

Every hotel should be like this. Spotlessly clean, wonderful large rooms, beds you don't want to get out of. Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. Totally fantastic. Breakfast superb. Very sad to leave and can't wait to come back.

Everything about my stay was fantastic quality - staff, check in, room, food and drink, location - absolutely perfect.
So much to wander to and see in the city, great wifi for catching up with some work and very comfy bed - simply brilliant.
