Air conditioner did not work, cooling function was definitely not working. Air con set on 17 felt like 25 deg. With a pregnant wife and a hot day, this was uncomfortable. After raising this with reception and maintenance - they assured me I was wrong and that the Air con was working fine. Ridiculous. Not handled well by management.
Rooms are very old and ours wasn't cleaned sufficiently.
Pool was clean and worth swimming in. Great location.

On arrival there was no staff a phone number at reception said to call, nobody answered and after 2 hours they called back, the room was dirty , the area was unsafe, the bathroom was filthy

Amazing location,
Absolute dive of a hotel.
Needs gutting and revamp in every way.
Wish I read reviews. Would have rathered pay double the price to stay somewhere decent and clean and felt safe.

A good place if need a place quickly but the property desperately needs fixing. Half of the Bathroom mirror was cracked, some water marking in ceiling at front door and no door for the toilet/bathroom area which was near the front door. Owner who was at reception for book in was nice. A lot of dubious people staying there though, not good for a female staying alone.

Dirty and unkept. Dangerous stairs and loose railings.
No spare pillows or blankets. No biscuits for coffee..The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

I enjoyed staff and owner friendly service and good location,
But it needs to complete renovation while some still half done.
I will go again next time to see it completely renovated.

Toilet sprayed water across the room. Cold tap in the shower did not work. People smoking outside room and smoke just came straight in even though door was fully closed.

The location is fantastic, very walkable to the main shops. Our family room was clean, sps hood, has hot water, fridge, microwave and kettle plus small tv. Value for money

Property very run down room had sticky tape holding the shower taps together bed linen old bathroom light not working flouro light was exposed cover off night manager was rude good location with some tlc to each room would be a great hotel

This hotel is very unhygienic had dirty unwear in my room on arrival and drug paraphernalia all over the resorts. Super unsafe its a disgrace and should be closed down

Lovely location, very comfy bed. Great room, but 6 flights of stairs( we are elderly)
The motel needs a lot of restoration . Very old( must have been very grand when built) but needs repairs, painting etc

The pictures shown of the property need to be updated as it is very run down and looks like it has been that way for a long time. The main entrance smelt and walking through the corridors we could smell cigarette smoke. The tap in our bathroom fell off whilst showering. There were holes in our ceiling. The remotes to the air conditioning unit and tv didn’t have enough batteries so we had to keep swapping them to use them. Someone knocked on our door at 11.30pm and woke us up. The pool wasn’t clean. The vending machine only had a couple of random items in it. The front desk is not manned 24/7. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money
