We had a great stay at the Bicycle Street Inn. I was amazed at the process for getting the luggage from the ferry to our room. The room was very clean and it was very quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable.

This was a cute place with a great location. We enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the ferry, but our room was just above the ferry dock so they’re definitely is a noise factor.

Hotel staff were professional, friendly, courteous and caring! Hotel is located conveniently next to ferry terminal. Hotel was very clean, newly renovated, bed was comfy and room was quaint. Will definitely return!

We stayed 1 night at the Bicycle Inn in a Waterfront Balcony Suite. We arrived on the Island in the morning and went with the porter to let them know we had arrived. The staff was kind enough to call us when they had a room ready later in the day. Loved the location.

The hotel staff was veery friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower was huge, you could fit multiple people in it. The location was very convenient. From the picture I thought it was on the edge of town, it was right at Shepplers pier.

This is a great place to stay on your visit to Mackinac Island. So convenient and the staff folks are very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

The Bicycle Inn provided very updated, clean rooms literally right next to the ferry docks - couldn't have been more convenient. The rooms were very nice and the staff was extremely welcoming throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again .

Nice location. We had Waterfront Collection rooms that faced the water which I believe made it more quiet than street side rooms. Bed comfort just ok. Staff was nice. The only downside was that the rooms are costly. I don’t believe that the cost justifies what is actually only a standard hotel room.

This hotel was right next to the ferry port but it was quiet in the room. The room was very comfortable. It had AC. The bed was nice. The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was right in the middle of the downtown with restuarants near by. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine in the room.

The veiws were absolutely amazing! The room was so gorgeous! Bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the bottle of wine that was left as a thank you for staying. We will definitely be back next year.

Large rooms with spacious bathroom that included everything you need. Right in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island!

The property is split into three different buildings. The main building and across the street is the south and the north building. We were in the north building. There was no one at the front desk and quite frankly I don’t even think they had a desk. There are no soda, machines or snack machines in the building and no restaurants for the buildings. The rooms get cleaned after 12 noon which was an inconvenience as we left the room bright and early and came back around one and still not clean to rest a bit. we left a generous Tip the first day and the floors weren’t vacuumed. The other problem was the screen on the slider kept falling off. I’m not a big reviewer and I don’t like to complain but when you’re playing paying close to 500 a night you would expect a little bit more.

My wife and 2 kids (4 and 7) stayed at the Waterfront North building for two nights in one of the rooms facing the water. I think it was a deluxe or premium room. I have zero complaints. The checkin and checkout process was easy and a hotel employee helped make sure our luggage was properly placed on the ferry (and vice versa). It was great. The room itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and very quiet. Great soundproofing, which is huge considering the room was right next to the ferry dock. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom was really nice and had nice toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.). It was fairly pricy, but absolutely worth the extra money. I’d stay here again.
