We stopped in to get some sleep while traveling. The room had so much humidity (from the air conditioning), that the walls where wet. After being there for 2 hours the smoke detector began to chirp because the batteries where dead. We called the front desk and the lady said she would tell her manager when she arrived at 7am. Obviously we got no sleep. Apon leaving the manager said she would give us 2500 points for the inconvenience. 2500 points equates to about 10 dollars. Not acceptable.

I did not like the smell of mold in the lobby. The humidity in the hallways, and the mold on the room walls and bathroom shower

They had a good selection for breakfast. We had a nice quiet sleep. The lady that checked is in was very nice as well.

The breakfast lady was super grumpy. My kids made mistake at breakfast and she keep repeating it and went front desk to gossip about it. This happened Aug 26. We did have amazing lady at the front desk can’t remember her name.

The property was clean and quiet. The location was convenient to I95. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable. A very good property.

Staff was very friendly, property was very clean, breakfast was excellent and stocked and restocked in a timely fashion, check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

She told people to get out of her way, slammed dishes, complained loudly about people eating the food to fast and threw garbage bags around angrily. I figured since this hotel was twice the price of the surrounding ones that it would be a clean and pleasant experience but I would not stay here again due to the odor and angry breakfast staff.
