Excellent hotel has all you need to stay in Vientiane! Highly recommend staying here pool food staff rooms and amenities were perfect!Do not waste your time anywhere else this is the place to stay! Concierge Xaylou was the best for any help! Thanks Crowne Plaza Hotel!

The hotel was very good but reception has charged me twice for the booking. I have tried emailing and calling with limited response. I can't see why in this day & age a hotel system wouldn't acknowledged when payments to the account are made

This place is a nice high end hotel. Super nice and clean. Great helpful staff. Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay.

They say never judge a book by its cover and this hotel is exactly that. The exterior of the Crowne Plaza was dull, dirty, and the logo was all faded. But as I stepped inside, the hotel was beautiful and impressive. The hotel was modern and very elegant. The two-story grand foyer with winding stairs was a nice touch in design. My room offered modern luxury in a semi-open floor plan. Sleek design with sliding glass door between the sleeping area and bathroom. Large soaking two-person tub and plenty of warm (even hot water). The one slight negative is that the tub never filled up to the halfway point. The hotel staff was warm and friendly. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Vientiane, the Crowne Plaza is a great option.

Big international hotel with very good and varied breafast. Good gym, sauna and pool areas. Location is a small downside as it takes 15 min to walk to city centre. Friendly staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here, staffs were very attentive and welcoming and the hotel and it’s facilities was amazing.

Ting was one our bartenders & server that we can remember. He was very friendly & always smiled with service. Mott was also another server & bartender. She was very personable & made us feel welcomed. Each day when we see them at the main floor bar & outside patio, we know we'll always have excellent service as soon as we look up for it. Overall the hotel was very nice & service was excellent. But they should've just removed the dirty carpets in the rooms & hallways. Food & breakfast buffet options were also great. Nothing is better than comfort Asian soups & dishes. Just be prepared to have transportation to go anywhere nearby. We tried to walk to the Night Market & the restaurants nearby along the Mekong River. It was like playing Frogger to cross safely as there really aren't any crosswalk signs that worked. Even more difficult when inebriated. Fortunately we had several local family & friends that were able to drive us around. The hotel also provides a ride to nearby at a cost of $20. We would stay there again if we returned to Laos.
