First of all the service in general was terrible. The guys at the front desk were very rude and ignorant. I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights with some people but only ended up staying for 1 night because we found bed bugs in our bed. So as soon as we noticed that we were out of there. No way we were going to stay there. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the blinds were broken so the light from the street was shining in our room the entire night. The handle to the shower was very hard to turn on so we had a hard time in the shower. The overall experience was just horrible and I will never stay at this property again.

It was okay for the price. Surrounding neighborhood area is a little rough. We had a basic room. One bad thing was it's two floors and the layout was like an apartment complex. People upstairs were heavy footed and we had to deal with the walking around and thumping from the ceiling.

They served beagles, yogurt, granola bars, coffee, and juice. I have stay in other hotels and they offered eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, etc. Other than that everything was good.

Bait and switch with the offer of parking but then charge for it. Also, the hotel staff only clean some of the rooms (and not ours). The breakfast wasn't good. But they still charge a lot of money per night.

Our stay at Hotel Solares was good! I loved that it was so pet friendly and had areas for dogs to hangout in. The room was comfortable and mostly clean. We did have some weird spots on our sheets and the chairs had stains on them, but overall it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was very nice.

Outdated, unfriendly desk service, dirty rooms, sheets with holes in them, trash in drawers, dirty carpets, and my keys got deactivated by 8am when check out was at 11am. The area where it is located is run down, the pictures are deceiving. I cannot recommend this place.

Overall the property was decent. I would stay there again, but the rooms are inconsistent. Last time I stayed there, my room was much larger than this current room for this stay. I wish that the bathroom made better use of the space. There was no bathtub but there was a big empty space. It could have had a seating area. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were not. Steph was friendly overall. The breakfast that is included is just a small fruit yogurt and bagel but it does the job. Great location, decent prices.
